A route planner reads every inquiry and answers by hand, normally within one working day, Kyiv time, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. Tell us your departure city, the weekend you have in mind and whether you are travelling without a car, and we send back the trips that fit, with the rail fare, two nights and one meal listed as three separate figures. If a route is not running, you hear that from a person and not from a template.

Messages arriving after 18:00 on Friday are answered on the next working day.

Tier

We answer within one working day. Group size caps at 12 travellers because the guesthouses on these routes are family-run houses with six to ten rooms.

    Travel risk and safety

    Routes run only where local authorities currently consider travel appropriate. If that changes before your weekend, you choose a different departure or take a full refund. Details are set out in the travel risk and safety disclaimer.

    Timetables and room availability

    Rail timetables and family-run guesthouses with six to ten rooms can shift. Every duration we publish is the planned rail time, not a guaranteed arrival minute. We confirm the train number and the room in your inquiry reply.

    Prices and currency

    Each route lists rail fare, two nights and one meal as three separate figures plus a total, in hryvnia. A price band reflects the day of travel shown, so a Friday departure can sit higher than a Sunday one.

    Refunds and cancellations

    You can change or cancel at no cost up to 72 hours before departure. Inside 72 hours the guesthouse share is not refundable. The exact terms are in our refund and cancellation policy.

    Your data and this inquiry

    We keep your name, email and travel dates only to answer this inquiry, and delete them if you do not book. How we handle that information is described in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
