Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the booking of fixed two-day rail itineraries offered by jorvaxi.com (PE, EDRPOU 00335080), registered in the Register of Subjects of Tourism Activity under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" (Zakon Ukrainy "Pro turyzm").
1. Booking and Group Size
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Group size limits are stated on each itinerary page. Minimum group size is 4; maximum is 12 unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment Conditions
A 30% deposit is due at booking; the balance is due 14 days before departure. Payments are in UAH via bank transfer or card. Prices include rail tickets and guiding; personal expenses are excluded.
3. Itinerary Changes
We may change the itinerary due to rail schedule changes, weather, or force majeure. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund where required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" (Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv").
4. Liability Limits
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the itinerary. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. Accuracy of Published Ledger Rows
Ledger rows published on jorvaxi.com are accurate as of the date of publication. We reserve the right to correct errors. The ledger is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
7. Your Rights and Data
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh"), we process your data with consent.
